The beautiful property with almost 200m2 of living space consists of a former tobacco drying tower and former stable, which was transformed into a modern, tasteful and luxurious design villa in minimalistic Scandinavian boho style during the course of the extensive
restoration works.
The previously open sides of the barn were completely glazed and transformed into a light-flooded living room with high ceilings of almost 5m. This is followed by a modern kitchen with gas stove and professional espresso portafilter machine, a bedroom with on-suite bathroom, a guest-toilet, a storage room, corridor and a relaxation room room. The tower is accessible from both the living room and the kitchen. On the ground floor of the 3-storey tower there is a relaxation room room, on the 1st floor there is a bedroom and on the 2nd floor there is another bedroom with a bathroom.
All levels are equipped with underfloor heating and air conditioning to keep the villa pleasantly cool in the hot summer months. The almost 7,000 m2 property is located in a wide valley with countless olive trees and cypresses. The feel-good oasis has 2 spacious terraces. The first terrace picks up the morning sun and invites you to linger with comfortable lounge furniture and a fantastic view of the landscape. The second terrace, in turn, takes up the afternoon sun and can be reached from the large living room as well as from the garden. This offers a long dining table for 10 people under a shady bamboo cover surrounded by numerous Mediterranean plants, benches, chairs, sun loungers, a large parasol and a Napoleon barbecue grill.
About 25m away from the house is the large and elaborately designed pool area with a third terrace and gazebo. The very large and exclusive (skin-friendly) saltwater infinity pool is 50m2 in size, 12.5m long and 4m wide.
Due to the tranquility and the spectacular view in all directions, this attractive relaxation area with old trees is the highlight of the property. In the summer months in particular, you stay here in the middle of nature drinking a glass of rosé and listening to the birds, sheep or personal music infinity pool. The area has two luxurious 1.40 x 2m lounge sun loungers, each for 2 people and 2 sun loungers with 60cm width, each for one person. In addition, the shady gazebo offers a large lounge area for 10+ people with thick mattresses and linen cushions, another sun lounger, an electric cool box, wifi, electricity, light and a table for eating and drinking. In addition to the gazebo and the high-quality parasols, ancient olive trees provide shade on hot days. The color code of the house and pool area is white, stone grey, navy and beige.
The strategic, central location of the property also offers you the opportunity to easily visit the highlights of the regions of Umbria, Tuscany and Lazio (including Rome) should you ever get bored. Of course, there are sufficient parking spaces in the area and numerous supermarkets with a very wide selection of Italian delicacies can be reached within a maximum of 10 minutes.
The cleaning of the pool 3 times a week as well as high-quality bed linen and towels (incl. beach towels) are already included in the rental price, so that you can sit back, relax and fully enjoy your holiday.
As a farewell gift, you will receive original Torre D'Estate olive oil that we produce annually from the olive trees on the property as a souvenir to take home.
